Bali has held a special place in our hearts for many years.
Beyond its lush landscapes and tropical beauty, it offers something increasingly rare in today's world: a slower pace of life. A place where daily rituals are honoured, nature is woven into everyday living, and there is space to simply be.
We created this retreat as an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a week immersed in practices that support balance, presence and wellbeing.
As yoga teachers and long-time advocates of plant-based living, we believe wellbeing extends far beyond movement. While we will share dynamic yoga practices, breathwork and workshops throughout the week, our intention is to explore yoga in its broader sense — as a philosophy and way of living that encourages awareness, simplicity, compassion and connection.
This retreat is not about achieving the perfect pose. It is about creating space to reconnect with yourself, nourish your body, calm your mind and experience Bali in a more meaningful way.

This retreat has been intentionally designed to balance movement, rest, exploration and spaciousness.
Mornings begin gently, with fresh tropical fruit, warm drinks and invigorating yoga practices. Afternoons invite you to explore Bali, participate in workshops, relax by the pool or simply enjoy uninterrupted time for yourself. Evenings soften into nourishing meals, restorative movement and practices that support deep rest.
Unlike many busy retreat destinations, we have chosen a quieter part of Bali surrounded by rice fields, jungle landscapes and local village life.
With only six guests, the experience remains personal, relaxed and intimate.
There is no rushing from one activity to the next. Instead, each day unfolds with intention, allowing space for both connection and solitude.
You can expect to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, deeply rested and inspired to carry elements of this slower way of living into everyday life.

Each day offers opportunities to deepen your practice both on and off the mat.
Morning sessions are rooted in dynamic, breath-led movement inspired by traditional yoga practices. These classes are designed to energise the body, cultivate focus and build strength, mobility and awareness.
As the day draws to a close, evening practices shift towards restoration through yin yoga, gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation techniques.
Throughout the retreat we will also explore workshops focused on:
